Crystal Cruises has retained its culinary partnership with chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa of Nobu Hospitality for its relaunch under new owners. The ultra-luxury cruise line has confirmed when its two ocean ships, Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony, relaunch they will both retain the highly-acclaimed UMI UMA by Nobu Matsuhisa Restaurant and Sushi Bar onboard.
