The Ritz-Carlton, Perth has marked its five year anniversary with a special soiree that brought together owners, stakeholders, industry leaders and media for a special cocktail event.

A new seasonal lunch and dinner menu showcasing produce from celebrated suppliers across Western Australia, from the Coral Coast to the Great Southern, is taking centre-stage at signature restaurant, Hearth at The Ritz-Carlton, Perth.

Virtuoso’s new regional program devised in Australia is providing a footpath for local suppliers to access the luxury network’s global database of travel advisors. The new partnerships, revealed exclusively by LATTE last month, have provided suppliers with an alternative to dumping inventory with online package specialists, says Adrian Clarke, Virtuoso’s Marketing & Commercial Manager, Asia Pacific.

The Ritz-Carlton, Perth is introducing a curated Sunday Brunch package at its iconic rooftop bar and lounge, Songbird. From 4 October, hotel guests and locals can delight in the open skies and breathtaking views of Elizabeth Quay and the Perth skyline while enjoying free-flowing wine or Veuve Clicquot alongside the finest culinary delights in Western Australia.

Part of the landmark development at Elizabeth Quay, The Ritz-Carlton, Perth overlooks the city’s Swan River and Kings Park. Acclaimed Western Australian Chef Jed Gerrard will take the helm of Hearth, the signature restaurant opening at The Ritz-Carlton, Perth. Hearth will celebrate local producers from Western Australia’s Kimberley region to the Great Southern, paired with an exclusive local wine list.

Marriott International’s ultra-luxury hotel brand, The Ritz-Cartlon Hotel Company, will welcome guests at The Ritz-Carlton, Perth from 15 November.
