Set within the historic Department of Lands building, The Lands by Capella—an upcoming destination for events and immersive experiences—is scheduled to open in Q1 2026. The transformation will offer five new venues on Level Two of The Lands by Capella, backed by the hospitality and services of Capella Sydney.

The new mixed-use development on the site of the heritage-listed former Department of Lands building in Sydney, an extension of the Capella Sydney luxury hotel, has been named The Lands by Capella in a ceremony held today.
