Virgin Atlantic is prioritising premium travel with a suite of enhancements focused on luxury, connectivity and personalisation, including free, unlimited, streaming-quality Wi-Fi for all guests, powered by Starlink, by 2027.

Oceania Cruises has completed the roll-out of Starlink across its entire fleet of ships, providing all guests with high-speed, unlimited WiFi as part of their cruise fare.

Air France has announced it is revolutionising its onboard Wi-Fi service, a major step in its move upmarket. From 2025 onwards, the airline will progressively roll out an ultra-high-speed connectivity service for a “ground-like” experience. This new service, completely free of charge in all travel cabins, will be accessible to customers by logging into their Flying Blue* account. Over time, this Wi-Fi service will be made available on board all the airline’s aircraft, replacing the current offer.

Hawaiian Airlines is now offering Starlink’s high-speed, low-latency Wi-Fi free of charge to guests onboard all Airbus-operated flights between the islands and the continental US, Asia and Oceania.

Aqua Expeditions has introduced SpaceX’s Starlink Satellite Internet on Aqua Mare, Aqua Nera, and Aqua Blu and will deploy the same tech aboard Aria Amazon and Aqua Mekong by September 2023. Aqua says it is now the only small ship expedition line to offer the groundbreaking technology on its voyages to the world’s most biodiverse and culturally significant destinations.
