The long-awaited, much-hyped new land for Disneyland Park in California, Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, has premiered overnight. Unveiling the most technologically advanced single-themed land ever in a Disney park was Disney chairman and CEO Bob Iger. The attraction will begin welcoming the general public today [31 May, 2019].

In anticipation of high guest interest, Disney Parks, Experiences and Products has confirmed the it will open Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge ahead of schedule at Disneyland Park in California on 31 May and at Disney’s Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida on 29 August.
