AmaWaterways has forged a new partnership with Smithsonian Journeys , the travel program of the Smithsonian Institution, to offer co-branded river cruises which will set sail next year.

PONANT has confirmed an ongoing collaboration with Smithsonian Journeys, the travel program of the Smithsonian Institution – the world’s largest museum, education and research complex.

PONANT is collaborating with Smithsonian Journeys on a series of co-branded sailings for 2023. Each of the 21 itineraries will be led by two Smithsonian Journeys Experts – whether an art historian, a solar astrophysicist, or an international relations expert – whose expertise and knowledge will shed new light on a destination and deepen travellers’ immersion in place.

PONANT has unveiled its 2023 sailings in collaboration with Smithsonian Journeys, the travel program of the Smithsonian Institution. There are 21 departures, including new itineraries of the Arabian Coat, Kimberley, Mediterranean and St. Lawerence River and Northern Africa.
