Helloworld Travel Limited has confirmed its intention to acquire Express Travel Group in Australia and New Zealand for $70 million, pending regulatory approvals from owners Tom Manwaring and Sintack Pty Ltd.

The Travel Corporation (TTC) and Express Travel Group (ETG), in partnership with Emirates and Dubai Tourism, have collaborated to offer a new initiative for member agencies. Dubbed ‘TTC Escapes with Express Travel Group’, the new venture between TTC and ETG is likely to be offered to travel agents on an annual basis.

Express Travel Group have today announced a new preferred agreement with Bench Africa, effective from 1 January, 2019. The new partnership will see Bench Africa travel packages distributed through the ETG agency member networks, Independent Travel Group, Select Travel Group and italktravel.
