Silversea has revealed details of the the S.A.L.T. program to be offered aboard Silver Nova when she makes her Asia Pacific debut later this month. The first of two innovative Nova-class ships, Silver Nova will cruise the region’s waters from September 2024 until April 2025.

Silversea’s Silver Nova has arrived in Alaska for the first time, embarking on a series of week-long voyages between now and 5 September.

Silversea this week celebrated a “phenomenal year” with an event in Sydney to also mark the launch of its ‘Myths & Treasures’ voyage collection for 2025/26 that opened to general sale on Tuesday this week. The program will include Silversea’s first S.A.L.T. experience in Australasian waters, with a designer menu still to be crafted.

Silversea Cruises has formed a unique collaboration with the three Michelin-starred restaurant Mirazur — headed by one of the world’s most celebrated chefs, Chef Mauro Colagreco — to offer guests an immersive new culinary experience on the French Riviera.

Silversea Cruises hosted an intimate event for VIP media, including LATTE, at the Opal Suite at Crown Towers Sydney yesterday [Thursday 1 September], with special guest and acclaimed photographer, Steve McCurry, in attendance.

Silversea Cruises will roll out a new culinary enrichment program in mid-2020, dubbed S.A.L.T. (an acronym of ‘Sea and Land Taste’). The program has been crafted with immersive culinary experiences in mind and designed in collaboration with Adam Sachs, a multi-award winning Journalist and former Editor-in-Chief at a leading culinary magazine. Silversea’s Sea and Land Taste project will enable guests to travel deeper through a range of culinary insights, once it is inaugurated with the launch of Silver Moon in August 2020.
