Royal Brunei Airlines (RB) has been awarded by the Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX) – a Five Star rating for the Major Airline category. The award was presented to the nations’ flag carrier on 9 September 2019 at the award ceremony held in Los Angeles, United States of America.

Royal Brunei Airlines has achieved a four-star accreditation with Skytrax following a detailed audit of the airline’s overall quality of products and services standards.

Royal Brunei Airlines is set to return to Queensland with the launch of services between Brisbane and Brunei from 11 June 2019, after a near eight-year hiatus.

“The introduction of RB’s nonstop flight to London Heathrow will be a significant milestone as for the first time Brunei and England will be seamlessly connected by a direct air link,” Royal Brunei Airlines CEO Karam Chand said.
