The all-new Four Seasons Hotel Osaka is now open. The first of its kind in the city, Four Seasons Hotel Osaka debuts the dedicated GENSUI 玄水 floor, a contemporary ryokan experience from the moment guests step off the elevator on the 28th floor.

The all-new Four Seasons Hotel Osaka is now accepting reservations ahead of its grand opening on 1 August 2024.

Qatar Airways is ramping up its Mediterranean network, adding two new destinations in the first half of 2020. The Doha-based carrier will also add 66 weekly frequencies to 20 existing destinations in its network due to strong market demand and the recent deliveries of more fuel-efficient aircraft.

Centara Hotels & Resorts, Thailand’s leading hotel operator, together with Taisei Corporation and Kanden Realty & Development, announced a landmark agreement to bring the Centara brand to Japan. The three companies signed an Investor Agreement for Centara Grand Hotel Osaka, an upscale property that will occupy a gleaming 34-storey tower on a prime site in Osaka’s Namba district, the centre of leisure tourism for the city. The property is scheduled to open in mid-2023.

SWISS International Air Lines is adding Osaka, Japan and Washington DC, USA to its long-haul route network from March 2020. The new deployments come as the airline prepares to take delivery of two new Boeing 777-300ER aircraft, resulting in a shift in its operation and freeing up existing Airbus A330/340 for new options.

Singapore Airlines has announced that Osaka will be the first scheduled destination for its new Boeing 787-10 fleet, with services expected to begin in May 2018.
