Oceania Cruises is teaming up with a selection of Food & Wine Best New Chefs alumni who will serve as godparents of its newest ship, Oceania Allura, debuting this July. Breaking with tradition, Oceania Allura will be christened not by one godmother, but by a group. The announcement was made on 21 June 2025, at the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen.

Oceania Cruises has scheduled four additional 2026 solar eclipse sailings. The collection of once-in-a-lifetime voyages will see guests perfectly positioned to experience the phenomenon on 12 August 2026 off the shores of Ireland, Iceland, Portugal, and the United Kingdom.
