The Australian Federation of Travel Agents (AFTA) has formally announced the cancellation of awards component of the 2020 National Travel Industry Awards (NTIA). Instead, AFTA is planning a “recovery event” for November, subject to “the status of the industry and the COVID-19 situation.”
