Hyatt Hotels Corporation will close the doors to guests of The Confidante Miami Beach hotel from 25 March 2024, as the property moves to the next phase of redevelopment and its transformation to become Andaz Miami Beach hotel.

The Setai Miami Beach has a volunteer Ambassador, Bob Fetty. He lives in one of the hotel’s residences and every morning he posts the real-time view from his balcony (see above). Over the last few years the affable sculptor has amassed a following of over 2.5 million worldwide.

Bulgari Hotels & Resorts will raise its flag in the United States for the first time in 2024, with the swanky hotel brand to lay down roots on Miami Beach’s ocean front.

Miami Beach has literally hundred of hotels, some as unique as the book-filled The Betsy, or the decidedly-lavish Casa Casuarina, formerly home of Giovanni Versace. Here are two others that I have really loved in the past month.
