Meliá Koh Samui in Thailand has launched a “resort within a resort” concept called The Level. That element sets apart 55 luxurious rooms and suites, as well as a private lounge and a raft of privileges.

Spanish hotel and resort group Meliá Hotels International has entered the Thailand market with the recent opening of Meliá Koh Samui. The 159-room and 41-suite resort features a lagoon pool that loops through its grounds like a river and suites made from teak wood vessels, two restaurants, an executive lounge, a swim-up bar, spa, fitness centre, ballroom and, for families, a kids’ club, outdoor playground and mini water park.
