The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne has named Executive Chef Michael Greenlaw, in partnership with Culinary Advisor, Mark Best, will lead the brand-new luxury hotel’s culinary team. Both have a shared vision to deliver hyper-local, innovative and inspiring cuisine.

A group of 60 guests were treated to lunch with the team from Dream Cruises and internationally-acclaimed Australian chef Mark Best this week. Sydney harbour provided a sparkling backdrop for the lunch event held at the Quayside Room of the Museum of Contemporary Art Australia.
