Janu opened its inaugural hotel in Tokyo this week, marking the inception of a robust and expanding pipeline of 12 properties.

Representatives from a collection of Aman properties are in Australia this week meeting with trade partners and travel advisors as part of a roadshow to showcase the brand.

Aman Group has seen the value of the company increase significantly after strategic partners ploughed US$360 million into the luxury hospitality brand.

Aman’s sister brand, Janu, is set to open its first hotel, Janu Tokyo, during the northern hemisphere autumn. The new brand promises to deliver an elevated guest experience akin to Aman, “while providing a spirited social scene in contrast to Aman’s whisper quiet seclusion”.

Aman has revealed its Janu branded hotel in Tokyo will be developed alongside the group’s maiden residence-only property, Aman Residences, Tokyo.
