The CEO of Turkish low-cost carrier, Pegasus Airlines, Mehmet T. Nane, has been appointed Chair of the IATA Board of Governors at the International Air Transport Association’s 77th Annual General Assembly.

Qantas Group has confirmed it is in the final stages of the development of a digital health pass that all passengers on international Qantas and Jetstar flights will be required to use once overseas flights resume.

The International Air Transport Association (IATA) has called for all passengers to be tested for COVID-19 before departure as the organisation looks to steer the recovery of air traffic in the wake of the pandemic.
