Hilton officially marked 50 years in Australasia with a milestone celebration on Wednesday night at Hilton Sydney, the brand’s oldest standing hotel in the region and one of its most enduring icons.

Sydney’s luxe Hilton Hotel says it has ‘upped the ante ‘ in the events arena, and to prove it the hotel last night showcased its culinary skills by staging a spectacular gala banquet for more than 250 influencers and event planners.

Hilton Sydney has taken off the wraps of a $25 million renovation with all 587 of its guest rooms and suites having undergone extensive redesign and refurbishment.

This winter Luke Mangan welcomes Australia’s celebrity chef Maggie Beer into the kitchen at his signature restaurant glass brasserie.
