The Leela Gandhinagar sits atop the capital railway station
The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts have expanded in India this month with the debut of The Leela Gandhinagar, in Gujarat’s vibrant capital city. The hotel is built straddling a conventional railway station, 22 meters above ground and is the tallest structure and the largest hotel in the city. The Gandhinagar capital railway station has been redeveloped along with the 318 room hotel atop the tracks.
