Design Hotels has welcomed a second property in Singapore to its global portfolio with the addition of the Lion City’s newest heritage boutique hotel, 21 Carpenter. A heritage structure dating to the 1930s augments a striking five-storey cubic extension with a rooftop infinity pool and street-level neo-bistro and bar helmed by Michelin-starred chef Andrew Walsh as the culinary director.
