Australia celebrated its first new ship of the summer cruise season with the maiden arrival of Princess Cruises’ Ruby Princess into Sydney Harbour last Wednesday (23 October).

Welcoming Ruby Princess to her new homeport, Michelin Star Chef Curtis Stone engaged his Princess OceanMedallion to activate a spectacular display of ruby-coloured fireworks as the ship entered the harbour.

Tourism Australia and Visit Victoria showcased Australian food and wine at Los Angeles’ largest food festival last weekend, the Los Angeles Times Foodbowl.
