An ultra-luxury hotel envisioned for Rodeo Drive in Los Angeles by LVMH Hospitality has been scrapped after locals voted against the project.

LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton (LVMH) has earmarked Beverly Hills, California as its launch destination in the United States for the ultra-luxury Cheval Blanc hotel brand.
