First new Boeing 787-10 Dreamliner to enter service on 25 July 2024
Korean Air has revealed its new Prestige Class 2.0 [business] cabin after taking delivery of its first Boeing 787-10 Dreamliner aircraft. The new Boeing jet enters service later this week, operating between Seoul Incheon and Tokyo Narita, commencing 25 July 2024.

First delivery comes as VN signs two-way codeshare deal with Delta Air Lines
Vietnam Airlines has taken delivery of its first Boeing 787-10 Dreamliner under a lease arrangement with Air Lease Corporation. The first of eight 787-10s for the SkyTeam member carrier will be deployed on the Vietnamese flag carrier’s busiest routes in its expanding network.

Air New Zealand has committed to the purchase of eight Boeing 787-10 Dreamliner aircraft. The -10 fitted with General Electric engines will be delivered from late 2022 through to 2027, and complements Air New Zealand’s existing fleet of 13 787-9 Dreamliners. The larger variation has capacity for an additional 40 seats.

Coast-to-coast capacity increase using larger Dreamliner
United Airlines this week announced enhancements to its transcontinental service in the USA, offering customers more flights and more seats between New York/Newark and Los Angeles and San Francisco. Beginning 7 January, 2019, United will be the first North American airline to operate the Boeing 787-10, the newest aircraft in the Dreamliner family, on select transcontinental flights.
