Originally named Azora, the ultra-luxury yacht is now known as Evrima
The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection has abandoned the name Azora for its inaugural ultra-luxury ship, today revealing its new name as Evrima. The switch comes just a few weeks after the start-up cruise line postponed the launch date of the ship by four months, from February to June 2020, due to “shipyard issues”. The revised name coincides with the launch of the Ritz-Carlton Collection’s 2021 cruise program, expanding into new destinations.

Four month delay due to shipyard issues
The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection has pushed back the launch date of its first ship by four month due to shipyard issues. Originally earmarked to enter service in February 2020, the ultra-luxury yacht’s launch has been delayed until 14 June 2020.

Five new sailings, including Christmas and New Year’s Eve 2020
The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection has expanded its Caribbean cruise options, adding five new sailings to round out 2020. The fresh batch of itineraries aboard Azora are seven nights in duration, aside from a Christmas cruise which is eight nights.
