Last week, Avani hotels hosted an event in Sydney to celebrate the hotelier’s growth in Australia following its recent additions, Avani Adelaide Residences and Avani Melbourne Box Hill. Guests were invited to a dinner at Firedoor, an award winning restaurant in Surry Hills with two hats, for a meal entirely cooked by wood fire. The venue was fitting given it prides itself on authentic food made with passion and love – the same ethos of Avani Hotels have. Here they were able to enjoy a delectable menu and hear about the Avani difference and their latest openings in Adelaide, Broadbeach and Auckland.
