Avani Hotels & Resorts has officially opened its latest resort and the first in Thailand’s southern beach town of Krabi – Avani Ao Nang Cliff Krabi Resort.

Minor Hotels, the owner of brands including Anantara Hotels Resorts Spas, Avani Hotels & Spas, Oaks Hotels & Resorts and Tivoli Hotels & Resorts, has acquired the Golden Door Elysia Health Retreat and Spa in the Hunter Valley.

Avani Hotels & Resorts is entering the Cambodian market with the launch of FCC Angkor – Managed by Avani. Following an extensive US$7 million renovation which includes the addition of 60 new rooms, the hotel is set to reopen its doors in the second quarter of 2019.
