270-degree views of the African night sky
For the adventurous, this year Olakira Migration Camp, has introduced new star gazing tents offer the opportunity to sleep under the African night sky. They have been designed so that a portion of the tent boasts a 270-degree view from beneath a meshed net, offering guests an outdoor experience whilst still remaining indoors. Guests will have the option to have their beds rolled from the main bedroom out to the custom-designed, mosquito net canopy at the front of their tent, allowing them to look up at the African night sky from the comfort of their bed. Look out for shooting stars, listen to the grunts of a million wildebeest, and maybe catch the low, reverberating roar of a lion. Guests can roll their beds back into the main bedroom of their tent at any time during the night.
