Anantara Palais Hansen Vienna Hotel has emerged from a glamorous refresh, marking a new era of urban hospitality in the Austrian capital and the official debut of the brand in the country.

Minor Hotels will expand the presence of the luxury Anantara brand in Africa to seven next month with the opening of Anantara Stanley & Livingstone Victoria Falls next month. The hotel will be the first property in Zimbabwe for both the brand, and the overarching company.

Anantara Ubud Bali Resort has confirmed it will welcome first guest from 1 October 2024. A tropical retreat neighbouring the traditional hillside village of Banjar Puhu in the north, Anantara Ubud Bali is Anantara’s second property to open on the Indonesian island.

Minor Hotels has unveiled details of a second Anantara property in Brazil, slated to launch in 2026. The new-build Anantara Preá Ceará Resort will be located in the state of Ceará on the country’s northeast coast.

Minor Hotels is set to debut its luxury Anantara brand in India when the new-build Anantara Jaipur Hotel begins welcoming guests in Q4 2023.
