AmaWaterways is boosting its inaugural ‘Soulful Experience in France’ this summer, with the luxury river cruise line releasing a new addition to the 2024 lineup of Soulful Experience river cruise and land packages celebrating Black history and culture along the rivers.

AmaWaterways has revealed plans to add a second cruise ship in Egypt following a successful first season on the Nile for its new vessel AmaDahlia.

AmaWaterways has welcomed the arrival of its 2022 European season with strong reservations and easing of entry requirements signaling a rebound of international travel.

AmaWaterways has launched its newest ship – AmaDahlia – on the Nile this month, with the 36-berth ship sailing the Secrets of Egypt & The Nile itinerary.

AmaWaterways is now accepting bookings for the majority of its 2022 deployment, six months ahead of previous season openings. All itineraries in France, Portugal, Holland and those travelling the Rhine and Moselle rivers are open for reservations. By 20 May the remaining 2022 river cruise voyages with pre- and post-cruise land extensions will also be available.

AmaWaterways has confirmed its Egypt return for 2021, with a new 11-night river cruise and land program now on sale beginning next September. The company’s Co-Founder and Executive Vice President Kristen Karst flagged AmaWaterways’ resumption of operation in Egypt in mid-2019 and more widely at the CLIA UK conference in November. The river cruise specialist last offered an Egypt program ahead of the Arab Spring in 2011.
