Chef Shinji Kanesaka and the team at Dorchester Collections’ 45 Park Lane are delighted that Sushi Kanesaka has been awarded one Michelin star in the Michelin Guide Great Britain & Ireland 2024, just seven months after opening.

Dorchester Collection hosted a group of Australian travel advisors last week on an educational staying at the ultra-luxury hotelier’s three properties in the UK: The Dorchester, 45 Park Lane and Coworth Park.

Dorchester Collection’s Mayfair hotel, 45 Park Lane, is set to launch The Spa at 45 Park Lane as part of the hotel experience from 17 May 2021.
