1 Hotels, the environmentally-conscious luxury brand founded by hospitality visionary Barry Sternlicht, has officially opened the doors to 1 Hotel Seattle.

Sustainable hotel brand 1 Hotels has opened reservations for 1 Hotel Seattle, ahead of its opening in April 2025.

SH Hotels & Resorts has revealed plans to take over Seattle’s Pan Pacific Hotel, which will be transformed into 1 Hotel Seattle in 2025.
