Sofitel Auckland Viaduct Harbour and Sofitel Queenstown Hotel & Spa are celebrating several prestigious award wins this winter, in celebration of the spa, restaurant and overall hotel culture and experiences both properties extend guests who play and stay in the luxury market.
Sofitel Auckland Viaduct Harbour’s So Spa was announced “Best Emerging Spa for Australia & Oceania” at the World Luxury Spa Awards, beating out the competition from its local compatriots and international neighbours across the Tasman and in the Pacific Islands to take home the accolade.
The hotel was also recently announced winner in the category of “Luxury Hotel & Restaurant of the Year for New Zealand” at the 2016 Luxury Travel Guide Awards.
Sofitel’s original luxury hotel address in New Zealand, the indulgent Sofitel Queenstown Hotel & Spa, also received acclaim for its So Spa, awarded “Luxury Destination Spa for New Zealand” at the World Luxury Spa Awards.
Both hotels were nominated in the World Spa Awards and were selected as nominees in the esteemed category of “New Zealand’s Best Hotel Spa”.
