The launch of Pan Pacific Melbourne South Wharf, following its extensive transformation, was a milestone worth celebrating. Pan Pacific Hotel Group CEO, Lothar Nessman, joined Craig Bonnor, the hotel’s GM, Cinn Tan, CMO, PPHG marketing and communications from both Singapore and Australia and a few dozen media to mark the reopening in style.

On Tuesday 17 July, guests were treated to a sit-down dinner, prepared under the watchful eye of executive chef, Christian Graebner, with paired wines. During the evening’s festivities, Nessman unveiled an exciting proposal for an expansive rooftop bar atop the 396-room hotel’s 20th floor, intended to make the most of the property’s spectacular and uninterrupted views across the Melbourne skyline.

TV presenter, Brodie Harper, served as MC, while Victorian Opera mezzo-soprano, Shakira Tsindos, delighted attendees with a repertoire of classics from the stage.
