Avani Hotels & Resorts hosted an event in Sydney recently to celebrate the hotelier’s growth in Australia following its recent additions, Avani Adelaide Residences and Avani Melbourne Box Hill.

Guests were invited to a dinner at Firedoor, an award-winning restaurant in Surry Hills with two hats, for a meal entirely cooked by wood fire. The venue was fitting given it prides itself on authentic food made with passion and love – the same ethos of Avani Hotels’ shares. Here they were able to enjoy a delectable menu and hear about the Avani difference and the group’s latest openings in Adelaide, Broadbeach and Auckland.
