Bangkok has been earmarked as a future destination for Marriott’s Ritz-Carlton Reserve ultra-luxury brand under a new four property deal between the hotel heavyweight and Thailand’s Asset World Corporation (AWC).
Ritz-Carlton Reserve launched in 2008, offering a private sanctuary experience. Currently there are five hotels within the portfolio in Los Cabos in Mexico, Dorado Beach in Puerto Rico, Ubud in Bali, Indonesia, Niseko Village in Japan and Krabi, also in Thailand, which was the maiden Ritz-Carlton Reserve.
