EXCLUSIVE: Plans for the November 2021 launch of The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection‘s first of three superyachts have been further thwarted by six months.
Guests booked on the already revised inaugural deployment of the 298-passenger Evrima were this week contacted by Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection (RCYC) and informed of the latest delivery hold-up. The ultra-luxury yacht’s debut has now been revised to commence on 6 May 2022 from Lisbon, Portugal.
The rescheduling means Evrima‘s inaugural deployment program will return to the Mediterranean rather than a Caribbean season. RCYC had intended to operate 22 sailings in the Caribbean in late 2021/early 2022, the bulk of the departures were seven nights sailings from primarily San Juan and Bridgetown. The season concluded with a transoceanic positioning cruise from Fort Lauderdale to Lisbon in late April.

Intriguingly, all the shelved Caribbean season departures for 2021 and early 2022 currently remain listed online.
The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection confirmed the schedule change to LATTE following our update on Friday.
