Azamara has rolled out a new trade partner program named, Azamara Alliance.

The boutique cruise line says Azamara Alliance is a sign of its commitment to supporting and strengthening its relationships with its loyal travel partner community.

“Focusing on mutual success, shared commitment, and a true sense of teamwork, Azamara Alliance launches with new tools and technologies to create a seamless experience for trade partners with a new booking platform, more intuitive Azamara Connect trade partner portal, and expanded contact centre,” Azamara said.

Patrice Willoughby, Chief Sales Officer, International of Azamara said, “A priority in this new chapter for Azamara is to provide our valued travel partners with the best support and the most efficient experience possible. With the launch of our Azamara Alliance program, it is our mission to develop opportunities to support our travel partners and equip them with the tools, so we succeed together.”

For the new tools, live training sessions will be hosted in January 2023 with self-paced learning tools to help travel partners familiarise themselves with the new booking platform and to get the most out of the new Azamara Connect.
