There is no better time or place to tantalise the tastebuds than when travelling, which is why Viking’s talented chefs are dedicated to creating unique dishes that reflect the destinations your clients are visiting, as well as some timeless classics.

Provençal lemons, Hungarian paprika, artisanal cheese from Lyon and freshly picked dill from their onboard herb garden—these are just some of the tasty elements that inspire their chefs to create a range of authentic dishes. Of course, these creations are best paired with a glass of wine from the local region.

Viking know that a refreshing beer with lunch or a full-bodied red with dinner can really round off a perfect dining experience, so they make sure wine and beer are included in all onboard lunches and dinners. Your clients can also enjoy specialty tea and coffee and bottled water throughout their journey, at no charge.

The Restaurant
