“With more guests seeking personalised and exclusive top-tier hospitality experiences, we saw an opportunity to engage them as we reimagined the luxury journey through our ongoing US$1.75 billion reinvestment program,” Mr Ong Wee Min, Vice President of Sales & MICE, Marina Bay Sands told LATTE.

“The World of Paiza showcases luxury hospitality at its best, presenting our most discerning guests with the finest experiences, from a private arrival lobby with lift access to the suites, to a slate of beautifully-redesigned rooms and suites.”

The Paiza journey begins in style, with guests welcomed by a Meet & Greet Ambassador at the airport and escorted to their waiting ride. The integrated resort owns a fleet of luxury vehicles, to chauffeur guests to the resort. LATTE was collected in a Rolls Royce Cullinan – just one of the spectacular vehicles in the fleet.

Upon arrival, guests are greeted by a dedicated butler at the Paiza VIP Arrival – a discreet lounge with private lifts to the Paiza rooms and suites. The round-the-clock butler service is powered by a 140-strong team, the biggest team of butlers in Singapore. Trained to the exacting standards of Forbes Travel Guide, the butlers’ impeccable attention to detail and dedication to personalised service and privacy are second to none.Post-transformation, Marina Bay Sands will have approximately 1,850 rooms across The Sands Collection and The Paiza Collection, of which the latter is housed on the highest floors. The Paiza Collection comprises eight room and suite types, each designed to create the ultimate residence with luxurious furnishings, materiality and colours.

Guests can take their pick from the Paiza Club Room, Paiza Premier Suite and Paiza Signature Suite – all exquisitely tailored for top-tier guests.

Within the Paiza Collection, there are the crown jewels of the hotel – the Paiza Royal suites located from Level 50 to 54. These suites, fit for royalty as its name suggests, includes one-of-a-kind suites such as:

  • Presidential Suite: An entertainment haven with a state-of-the-art golf simulator, fully-integrated karaoke system, Vismara pool table, among other configurations.
  • Horizon Suite: A sanctuary for deep rejuvenation and serenity with built in spa features for the ultimate wellness retreat, including a Himalayan salt wall with heated ceramic lounge chairs, traditional hammam, steam shower, massage tables, dry sauna, and ice well.
  • Chairman Suite: The most palatial of all the residences in Marina Bay Sands, this suite is designed for grand gatherings, accommodating up to 12 guests, with two living rooms and a media room with the 146-inch Samsung ‘The Wall All-in-One’ television spanning floor to ceiling.

The attention to detail extends to the smallest details. A Social Bar draws the eye in the living and dining area with its highly figured Italian Arabescato Corchia marble. Other features include warming drawers that ensure porcelain cups are kept at the ideal temperature for brewing tea.

In the bedrooms, the pièce de resistance is the Savoir mattress, constructed by hand using centuries-old techniques and layers of hand-teased horse tail, Mongolian yak wool and pure cashmere. A night fridge, stocked with signature teas by homegrown brand Ette Tea Company and an extensive water program, consisting of premium still and sparkling waters curated by a water sommelier, reflects the resort’s emphasis on wellness.

Throughout their stay, guests have complimentary access to the Paiza Sky Residence, an exclusive enclave nestled atop the hotel. The Residence is positioned as an extension of home, offering an extended breakfast and brunch in the morning, afternoon tea as well as late-night tipples after hours.

Prices for the Paiza Premier Suite start from SGD$2,719++ per night, under the Paiza Experience staycation package. Rates for travel advisors are advised upon enquiry.
