Barcelona, Spain 25 August — I’ve just disembarked from the Ritz-Carlton Yacht Ilma and I’m still feeling the magic of this incredible experience. The ship truly redefines luxury at sea. From the moment I boarded to the time I stepped off, it was nothing but elegance, comfort, and top-notch service.
What made this voyage even more special was the chance to sail with the newly appointed Vice President and General Manager for Ritz Carlton Yacht Club – Asia Pacific, Seb Seward, along with Phil Smethurst from Bicton Travel and Liam Jarman from Savenio. Being surrounded by such knowledgeable and experienced people gave me an even deeper appreciation for what luxury cruises can really be.
The Ilma, named after the Maltese word for “water,” felt like a floating paradise. My suite had a private terrace with breathtaking ocean views, and the amenities onboard were beyond impressive. I spent my days indulging in Michelin-inspired dining, relaxing at the spa, and enjoying the infinity pool. Everything was designed to make the experience unforgettable.
Now that I’ve disembarked, I’m carrying these memories with me—this journey was more than just a trip; it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience filled with luxury, discovery, and relaxation.
