Ensemble has announced the launch of a new Certification Program, a strategic initiative designed to enhance the knowledge, skills, and expertise of its members, regardless of where they are in their career journey.

Featuring a suite of Specialist Certifications tailored to meet the needs of travel professionals, the certifications span various product verticals, destinations, and travel niches, ensuring that members can deepen their expertise in areas most relevant to their business. Some of the key Specialist Certifications include:

• Luxury Specialist: Addressing the unique demands and expectations of luxury travellers.
• Cruise Certifications: Covering Iconic, Luxury, River, and Expedition cruises.
• Celebrations Specialist: Expertise in destination weddings and honeymoons, anniversaries, milestone birthdays and more.
• Regional Certifications: In-depth knowledge of destinations including Europe, Africa, Mediterranean, Southeast Asia and more.
• Insurance Specialist: Focusing on the critical aspects of travel insurance.

The Certification Program is structured with tiered benefits that cater to members at different levels of expertise – Novice, Expert, and Certified.

Benefits of certification include:

• Reduced rates and/or complimentary access to Ensemble Events: Including Horizons, the annual consortium wide event and Summit for owners and managers.
• Priority hosting for Ensemble Hosted Cruises: Allowing members to showcase their expertise directly to clients.

Earlier this year, Ensemble further demonstrated its commitment to excellence by partnering with The Travel Institute to introduce the Ensemble Luxury Certification Program. The program was designed to equip Ensemble’s members with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the luxury travel market.

Members will be able to distinguish themselves as elite professionals in the industry by demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the luxury travel market, identifying current trends, types of luxury travel products, and catering to the needs of luxury travellers. Strategies include how to locate and attract luxury clients, how to craft a brand and marketing plan tailored to luxury specialisation, and tools for developing compelling sales messages.

Ensemble is also launching a Destination Honeymoon and Wedding Specialist program with The Travel Institute as part of the roll out of its newest member Circles community, Celebrations.

Last month, Ensemble announced a new membership collaboration with Helloworld Travel Limited in Australia and New Zealand.
