Guests to Alba Thermal Springs and Spa on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula can now stay at the property with a new luxury accommodation option, adding an extra element of relaxation to their wellness visits.
The new Sanctuary accommodation offering features five stand-alone villas and two studio rooms, located at the highpoint of the 15-hectare property with sweeping views across the peninsula.
Each villa has been designed to provide the feel of an intimate retreat, set within native bushland, General Manager, Craig Dodd explained.

“An on-site accommodation offering has been part of the development plan for Alba Thermal Springs and Spa from the very beginning,” he said.
“With the success of our bathing, spa, and dining experiences, we are thrilled to welcome guests overnight and for weekend stays, especially from interstate and overseas visitors who many wish to explore the region for a number of days.”
Each villa is furnished with premium amenities, including Aesop toiletries, a complimentary mini bar stocked with wines from Ten Minutes by Tractor, specialty brews from St Andrew’s Beach Brewery and Illy coffee.
Alba Thermal Springs and Spa features a variety of indoor, open-air, and outdoor thermal pools while its spa aims to “renew, repair, and recalibrate” using the latest skincare from Australian skincare brands Sodashi and Vanessa Megan.
Guests can also enjoy premium all-day dining at Thyme, with menus by chef Karen Martini, located at the heart of the springs and spa complex.
Bookings are now open, with the first available reservation starting 1 June 2025. Room rates start from $650 and villas from $950. See albathermalsprings.com.au.
