The Goldman Group and partners enjoyed a Yarra River cruise and “dine around Melbourne” as part of the recent 2024 Conference in Melbourne on the afternoon of Friday 15 November.
Teams from Goldman Group brands – including Travelcall, The Cruise Centre, Goldman Travel Corporation and SmartFlyer Australia – mingled with dozens of sponsors and cruise and travel partners aboard the good ship ferry Yarra Countess, for a relaxed afternoon on the water, voyaging to the mouth of Hobsons Bay and returning past the site of the 1 Hotel Melbourne to Flinders Lane.

From there the 180 guests were divided into smaller groups, and took a casual stroll, through the Melbourne landmark, Hosier Lane (renowned for its eclectic street art), to a mix of the city’s restaurants for an ‘eat around’ evening, hosted by senior executives the Goldman Group. Restaurants included Cumulus Inc. Chin Chin, Supernormal, Kisume, Tonka, Coda and Lucy Lui.
Anthony Goldman, Joint Managing Director said “We wanted to showcase the food and wine scene in Melbourne to our teams and partners. What better way that sailing the Yarra and then walking to some of Melbourne’s top restaurants to celebrate our partnerships”.
