Three Michelin-starred chef Dominique Crenn has been appointed as Les Bateaux Belmond‘s first Culinary Curator, creating menus across Belmond’s seven luxury boats, starting with the first voyage of 2025.

As part of her role, Chef Crenn will curate two signature menus for the boats in the Burgundy, Champagne and South of France regions, each featuring a specially crafted starter, main course and dessert.

For the first time, Les Bateaux Belmond will also offer itineraries in the winemaking region of Bordeaux, aboard Alouette. Available from July 2025, this itinerary offers immersive epicurean experiences which include visits to vineyards and châteaux as well as opportunities for wine-inspired wellness between Agen and Castets-en-Dorthe.

In addition, from May 2025, Belmond will be reinstating three culinary itineraries aboard three of its Les Bateaux Belmond fleet – Amaryllis, Coquelicot, and Lilas – to share the secrets of France’s most celebrated wine regions, Burgundy and Champagne. Each journey offers new culinary experiences, such as visits to vineyards and private cellars, and special wine selections.

The La Semaine des Grands Crus itinerary blends wine and history aboard Belmond’s Amaryllis and Fleur De Lys, both situated in Burgundy. These itineraries will offer guests a week-long journey with exclusive access to all 33 Grands Crus, alongside privileged visits to vineyards and private cellars from St-Léger-sur-Dheune to Dijon.

Meanwhile, Coquelicot will embark on a five-night voyage through the Champagne region, celebrating the world’s most acclaimed champagne houses with exclusive tastings and behind-the- scenes access.
