Oceania Cruises has confirmed that Brennan Quesnele will become its new Senior Vice President of Sales, moving across from sister brand Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) to take up the role.
Quesnele, who has held the position of Vice President of Strategic and National Accounts at NCL since 2022, will be responsible for leading the company’s sales strategies and partner relationships around the globe. His appointment follows the departure of former Senior Vice President of Global Sales Nikki F. Upshaw who stepped down from her role with the ultra-premium cruise line last month.
In a memo to travel advisors, Frank A. Del Rio, President of Oceania Cruises, said Quesnele would officially join Oceania Cruises on 24 February and that he would report directly to him.
“As Oceania Cruises enters a period of unprecedented growth with the addition of three new ships over the next four years, Brennan is charged with maximising growth opportunities across all trade partner sales channels,” Del Rio said.
“I have every confidence he will excel in this new role, as he is a fiercely passionate champion of travel advisors and brings the perfect blend of vision, strategy, and relationship management to our sales organisation.”
Vice Presidents of Field Sales, Strategic Accounts, and International Sales – Tricia Wolf, Scott Kluesner, and Jason Worth, respectively – will all report directly to Quesnele.
Separately, Guillaume Cameron has also started in the new position of Director Strategic Accounts and Host Agencies with Oceania Cruises.
Cameron has been with the cruise line for close to seven years, most recently as a Strategic Account Manager.
