Meanwhile, SH Hotels & Resorts CEO Raul Leal described the introduction of the 1 Hotels brand to the Pacific Northwest as an “exciting step forward”.

“We’ve designed this property to be a sanctuary for travelers and locals alike—combining thoughtful luxury, biophilic design, and experiences that celebrate Seattle’s innovative spirit,” he said.

1 Hotel Seattle offers 153 guest rooms, including 45 suites, each designed to harmonise nature with luxury. The hotel’s biophilic design features natural materials like reclaimed wood and stone, creating a warm, organic environment. Guests will enjoy spacious rooms with natural light and spectacular city views, along with eco-conscious amenities.

The hotel’s culinary offering includes La Loba, a restaurant led by Chef Oscar Amador Edo, which celebrates a fusion of global flavours.

Sustainability is at the core of 1 Hotel Seattle’s operations, from waste diversion to eco-friendly room amenities. The hotel integrates energy-efficient systems and aims to eliminate single-use plastics, reinforcing its commitment to the environment.
