Salterra, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Turks & Caicos offers six distinctive dining experiences, each showcasing the island’s rich culinary heritage, including the resort’s signature restaurant, Brine, offers an exquisite chef’s tasting menu, expertly paired with an extensive wine selection. The restaurant also offers a signature upon request Epicurean Moment, that consists of a 7-course menu that evolves with the seasons, inspired by a prized ingredient deeply rooted in the region’s history: salt, often referred to as “white gold.”
