Virgin Limited Edition’s Son Bunyola Hotel & Villas, set within an 810-acre estate in Mallorca’s Tramuntana Mountains, has reopened for the 2025 season, offering guests a new selection of immersive activities.
The hotel, which opened in June 2023, is housed in a beautifully restored 16th-century finca at the heart of the estate and offers breathtaking views of both the mountains and the Mediterranean coastline.
“We can’t wait to reopen in 2025 with even more incredible experiences,” General Manager Vincent Padioleau said. “Some of our guests love to simply relax by the pool and soak in the views, while others seek adventure. That’s why we’ve expanded our range of activities to showcase the very best of Mallorca, especially during the cooler months, when the island has so much to offer.”

New offerings include a unique “meet-the-bees” experience, where guests can join a local beekeeper to harvest honey, as well as gourmet vineyard picnics and hands-on cooking classes. For those seeking relaxation, there are outdoor yoga, Pilates, and fitness classes, all part of a changing weekly program. Additionally, Son Bunyola hosts activities like painting classes with local artist Marcelina Etchegaray and perfume workshops with Gaia Natural Products.
Meanwhile, wine lovers will welcome the news that the estate’s vineyards are set to produce their first wine by 2026, and guests can enjoy curated vineyard picnics while taking in the panoramic views.
