Fairmont Tokyo taking bookings ahead of July launch

The hotel is Fairmont’s first Japanese property

Fairmont Hotels & Resorts’ first property in Japan, Fairmont Tokyo, is set to debut on July 1 2025, with bookings now open for the hotel located in the city’s popular Shibaura district.

Reservations are now open for this eagerly anticipated hotel, which will offer an array of dining options, a world-class spa as well as city views. Set in heart of Tokyo, the hotel draws inspiration from the city’s rich heritage while delivering modern luxury and innovation, withunparalleled views of Tokyo Bay, the city skyline, and the iconic Tokyo Tower,

With its prime central location, Fairmont Tokyo offers easy access to Tokyo’s key attractions and is only 13 minutes from Haneda Airport and six minutes from both Tokyo and Shinagawa Stations. Guests can access the Shibaura district with its canals and lush gardens, as well as nearby landmarks such as the Zojoji Temple.

Fairmont Tokyo has five restaurants and two bars, with dining experiences ranging from wood-fired pizzas and seafood to reimagined traditional Japanese cuisine like sushi and teppanyaki.

Meanwhile, Fairmont Spa and Health Club on the 35th floor will provide “top-tier” wellness offerings, including spa treatments inspired by the destination, a state-of-the-art gym, and a 20-metre indoor infinity pool.

In celebration of the grand opening, guests making reservations between 1 April and 24 July 2025, for stays between 1 July and 30 September 2025, will receive JPY 10,000 hotel credits per room per night.
