The Tailor has made a number of strategic appointments and senior promotions as part of its continued growth in the Australian luxury travel market.
Joining the business as Head of Product is Tanya Jarman, who brings more than 30 years of experience across multiple sectors of the travel industry, both in Australia and internationally.
The company has also promoted Emma Welling to the position of Chief Commercial Officer. As part of this evolution, Kirsty Siekmann will transition into the role of Chief Operating Officer.
“As The Tailor continues to grow, it’s critical that we invest in the right people to take the business forward,” The Tailor Founder and Managing Director Drew Kluska said.
“We’re building a team of highly respected, experienced professionals with a shared vision – to elevate the future of Australian experiential travel and continue delivering exceptional journeys to our clients.”
The changes follow the recent appointments of Alison Hassel as Marketing and Communications Manager, Karen Holloway as Operations Manager and Rebecca Coombs as Digital Marketing Manager.
Key members from The Tailor team, including Jarman, Siekmann and Welling, will attend ATE25 in Brisbane later this month.
Meanwhile, seasoned travel professional and former executive at Tourism Australia, Penny Lion has joined The Tailor’s Travel Design team, tasked with building its high-end groups and events business..
